It was promised to deliver before Valentine’s Day and it was delivered 2 days before. Wife loved it (the packaging) then I told her to open the the drawer and she fell in love with the pendant! She wore it every day and had a beautiful smile every day. I called Customer service because a small problem came up and it was unbelievable (Their Customer Service is rated AA+) they apologized for the problem and said they would stand behind their product. A few days later we received the delivery and my wife got back her smile. This company and their Customer Service Department is great. Yes I will purchase from them again and again.
