I hate to write anything negative about the necklace as my wife really enjoyed getting it. A couple of minor issues that maybe just me and my wife have had is the “I Love You” letter is hard to get out of the envelope.
Also, my wife has difficulty with the clasp aligning with the small ring on the opposite side of the chain so she has decided to change the chain. It is a very pretty necklace minus those issues.

Just adorable. Valentine gift for the sweetheart. unfortunately it broke as she was opening it, she was just heartbroken. I wrote customer service and explained what had happened. The lady responded immediately that a new one was being sent at no charge. Received it in a few days. My Valentine was again overjoyed. Rare for a company to be so understanding and compassionate. I ordered the necklace with the envelope with the card inside which reads "I love you" for my girlfriend. She absolutely loves it. The envelope felt like it was very good quality. The weight of it was surprisingly heavier than it looks. Not so heavy it would be annoying, but it felt good in the hand. The magnet that keeps the envelope closed was strong enough that it didn't feel like it would just come open and the card could fall out. Great quality and product. I would highly recommend it.

Just as wonderful as its photograph. I got the Rose Gold for my wife. She absolutely loved it!! Love how the little envelope is hinged to open and pull the little “I Love You” message out. The flap of the envelope seems to close by magnet. A beautiful piece of jewelry that appears to be well made also.
